First of all, let us be clear about one thing. Rechargedishtv.in is not the official Dish TV website. We are not Dish TV. We do not run Dish TV. We are an independent online recharge website. Our job is simple. You come to us to recharge your Dish TV connection, and we do the recharge for you. That is it. If you ever want the official Dish TV website, that is a different site. Here, you use us as a recharge service.
How does the recharge work? We are connected to the Bharat Connect system, which is the BBPS network. BBPS is the same payment network that handles most bill payments in India. When you pay for a recharge on our website, the payment goes through this BBPS network, and your Dish TV account gets updated from their side. So the money is not handled by us directly. It moves through the proper network that is connected to Dish TV, and the recharge is applied to your account. That is how your recharge happens through us.
This means when you recharge here, a few things are true. Your payment is processed on a proper network. Your Dish TV account gets the recharge. And you get a confirmation on your phone and email with the details. If something goes wrong with a recharge, because everything runs through BBPS, the records are there and we can trace what happened and sort it out.
Apart from recharge, we also sell Dish TV hardware. Set top boxes, Dish TV dongles and universal remotes. These are genuine pieces. We work as a DTH distributor. If your old set top box has stopped working, you can get a new one here. If you need a new connection, we can arrange a set top box with the dish. If your remote is lost or broken, you can get a new one from us.
When you order hardware from us, we ship it to your address. The delivery takes around 24 to 48 hours, depending on where you stay. You get a confirmation on email and on your phone. If there is any delay or issue with the order, our team contacts you and sorts it out.
You can pay by UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking or a mobile wallet. Whatever is easy for you. Once the payment is successful, your recharge is done and you get a confirmation for it. Just remember, we are a recharge service. We are not the official Dish TV website. We are here to help you recharge your connection easily and safely.
